Let’s go for a quick ride through the historical center of Lisbon!
Starting off with a short training to make you confident and ready to go, we welcome everyone that has never had the experience of riding the Segway, so we can explore the city and make the most out of it, in the shortest time.
We’ll start the tour in Alfama shoreline with the beautiful Tagus river, making our way to visit the famous Commerce Square, the old royal port, and one of the most iconic sites in Lisbon.
From here we climb the hill to Bairro Alto and stop on Carmo Square – Lisbon’s seven hills are always beautiful spots where you can find the most amazing views for your photoshots.
Going down we visit the wide squares of Rossio, bustling with commerce and restaurants – the perfect place to get connected with the daily life in Lisbon and to taste some local snacks or beverages.
As we get back there is still time to stop by the Cathedral in Alfama and enjoy the cozy streets of the old town.

- Driver’s license is not required.
- Helmets are mandatory and different helmet sizes are available (S – XL).
- There is no minimum age limit to drive a segway – we recommend 12 years old.
- Maximum age to participate in a tour – 69 years.
- Minimum rider’s weight is 30 kg (66 lbs), maximum weight is 130 kg (290 lbs).
- Expectant mothers and people with impaired movement are not allowed to ride a Segway.
- We practice before the tour to understand if every rider has enough skills to drive in the city.
- Activity is forbidden for people under the influence of alcohol, drugs or strong medicine.
- Passport/ID details are required at the time of activity for all participants (a copy on your smartphone is also accepted).
- Tours may be operated by a multi-lingual guide.
- We operate in all weather conditions. Appropriate clothes and shoes are recommended.
- We provide raincoats in case of rain – in case of severe weather, you may postpone the tour to a convenient date for both parties.
- Please note that tours start and finish according to schedule, so we require all participants to arrive 15 minutes before to check-in and practice.
- In case of late arrival, the tour may be postponed to another available time slot.
- Please note that due to interferences in the itinerary outside of our responsibility routes may be altered with no previous notice.
No deposit is required, you can pay in our office on the day of the tour. We trust our guests and hope that you will come on time. If you change your mind, let us know at least 48 hours in advance. This way you do not deprive others of the opportunity to take advantage of the available date.
If you have prepaid your tour, you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to the start of the tour to receive a full refund. For groups of 8 or more, cancellation policies are subject to change and will always be stated in the proforma invoice.

If you choose a group, the group size will not exceed 8 people. However, if you want to organize a private party or a corporate event, we can guide groups of up to 50 people at once. In this case, the group will be accompanied by several guides, approximately one guide per 8 participants.
