Choosing this tour you get to ride along the sunny and breezy shoreline of the Tagus river to reach Belém and enjoy amazing sites like the Tower of Belém and the iconic Padrão dos Descobrimentos.
After a quick practice you will be able to drive safely in the streets, as we leave from Alfama near the cruise port to arrive in the Commerce Square. From here we will cross along the promenade to reach the ferry station, a completely rejuvenated area where nowadays you’ll find vintage markets and and lively bars in the vicinity of the famous Pink Street.
There will be plenty of moments to enjoy the ride as we glide in the modern docks with new bike paths along the coast, always accompanied by the breeze and beautiful natural sights of the shoreline.
Halfway through we will reach the marina of Lisbon plentiful of amazing yatchs – an awesome spot under the famous Red Bridge that goes across the Tagus river – here you can take your time to rest and take beautiful scenic pictures with your family and friends.
Ride along the paths to find the iconic Tower of Belém, and enjoy the city architecture in a mix of modern and ancient structures like the Museum of Art, Architecture and Technology, or the Museum of Electricity.

- Driver’s license is not required.
- Helmets are mandatory and different helmet sizes are available (S – XL).
- There is no minimum age limit to drive a segway – we recommend 12 years old.
- Maximum age to participate in a tour – 69 years.
- Minimum rider’s weight is 30 kg (66 lbs), maximum weight is 130 kg (290 lbs).
- Expectant mothers and people with impaired movement are not allowed to ride a Segway.
- We practice before the tour to understand if every rider has enough skills to drive in the city.
- Activity is forbidden for people under the influence of alcohol, drugs or strong medicine.
- Passport/ID details are required at the time of activity for all participants (a copy on your smartphone is also accepted).
- Tours may be operated by a multi-lingual guide.
- We operate in all weather conditions. Appropriate clothes and shoes are recommended.
- We provide raincoats in case of rain – in case of severe weather, you may postpone the tour to a convenient date for both parties.
- Please note that tours start and finish according to schedule, so we require all participants to arrive 15 minutes before to check-in and practice.
- In case of late arrival, the tour may be postponed to another available time slot.
- Please note that due to interferences in the itinerary outside of our responsibility routes may be altered with no previous notice.
No deposit is required, you can pay in our office on the day of the tour. We trust our guests and hope that you will come on time. If you change your mind, let us know at least 48 hours in advance. This way you do not deprive others of the opportunity to take advantage of the available date.
If you have prepaid your tour, you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to the start of the tour to receive a full refund. For groups of 8 or more, cancellation policies are subject to change and will always be stated in the proforma invoice.
